Getting Started

The Foundations program at Paragon is an opportunity for you to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit. The Foundations program consists of 5 one-on-one sessions. Upon the completion of the Foundations program, you are introduced into the CrossFit classes. At this point you will have a basic understanding of the CrossFit methodology including the fundamental movements, proper warm-ups and cool-downs, nutrition, and mobility.

The F1 and F2 modifications of the daily class program are designed for athletes that have just finished with their Foundations program. The F1 & F2 programs are designed to progressively introduce you to the more complex Olympic lifts and Gymnastic movements.
