CFP is one of the first affiliates established in Atlanta. Our mission is to change the world for the better…one athlete, one workout at a time.

At CFP, we are about the bonds that are created between people that have nothing more in common than to want more out of life than to just “get through the day”, and knowing that we have the ability to be those people’s best hour of their entire day, every day.

We can’t wait for Monday morning to come.

We can’t wait to go to the gym.

We can’t wait to see what the workout of the day (WOD) is.

We can’t wait to hear all of the talks about happiness and wearing our CFP Complaint Free World bracelets and talk about what it really means to “eat clean”.

And, we just really can’t wait to be at a place where you can comfortably train in the same class with teenagers, stay-at-home parents, high level executives, elite level athletes, obese people, adaptive athletes and grandparents.

Our diversity in abilities is what makes the whole thing work so well and what changes lives by changing perspective.

Each day at CrossFit Paragon, we want to track towards your specific goals. We can do that by tailoring the daily workout to your needs and goals.

We have two basic tracks for most our daily workouts, Rx and Rx+, and everything in between is possible.  These tracks are entirely designed with the goal of the athlete in mind and has absolutely no ties to individual ability level. Whether you are a new CrossFitter, or going on your 10th year of CrossFit, it is your individual goals that determine your track and not your abilities.

These subtle, yet important changes to workouts, i.e. scaling of the workouts, allow us to create the ideal training day for you, while keeping together what we know and love, our exciting group classes.

A Fitness Program Specific to Your Goals & Ability


Those looking to look better naked, lose body fat, maintain lean muscle-mass, and improve quality of life. Eager to learn and take on new and challenging movements and workouts, but is not looking to compete in local or online CrossFit competitions.

Combination of Rx and Rx+

Wants to become better mountain climbing, skiing, or pickup basketball. Excited to be challenged every day inside the workouts, but is also not looking to compete in local or online CrossFit competitions.


Looking to train for the CrossFit Games Open. This track is geared towards the goal of improving one’s scores on the competitive stage, training with specific movements and weights that are seen in competition.

To pull back the curtain a bit, here’s how we create our workouts.

We create the overarching “Workout of the Day”, using our unique programming template and formula. From there, we alter this workout just slightly based on the goals of the athlete. These are not separate programs – they are simply variations of the “Workout of the Day” with your goals in mind.
